MAC Cremesheen glass "Double Happiness" Review:

Hello lovelies! Today I will be reviewing the MAC Cremesheen glass in "Double happiness". The Cremesheen  formula from MAC is my absolute favorite texture of lipstick and I own quite a lot of them! The Cremesheen glasses have a lovely, creamy texture that is not as sticky as the MAC's normal lipglass formula. It feels some where between a Lipglass and Cremesheen lipstick and is highly comfortable to wear. They are quite pigmented and have a brilliant color payoff and coverage. The fact that MAC created complementary shades of the cremesheen glass to wear in tandem with the lipsticks in this collection meant that MAC really intended these to be layering glosses- not really to be worn alone if you like pigmented lips - but to create a luscious look by layering over a lipstick. "Double Happiness" is a frosted light nude that can be worn alone but looks better over a darker lipstick. It can be described as a light nude gloss with gold pearl- very pretty, but also quite simple.  Practically looks clear on the lips unless you’re wearing a nude lipstick underneath.

The lipglass comes with a doe foot applicator which is quite easy to use! The slight shimmer gives my lips a fuller look.Staying power is not very impressive. It stays on for around two hours and that too if I am not having a meal! After 2 hours it calls for a touch up but I don't really mind as long as it is so comfortable to wear. Overall I just love the glamorous look it gives to my lips:) Would totally recommend it if you are looking for a lip glass minus the "sticky feel" and highly comfortable to wear. But if you want  a pigmented lipglass then it is not for you! Check out the swatches:

Have you tried it? What's your favorite shade?

Love
Shikha!!!
