Easy steps to make your face glow quickly:
One thing which can make you feel confident and accentuate your personality is having a beautiful glow to your skin. Great skin makes you look happier and healthier irrespective of your age. But nowadays a lot of things are taking away the glow from our face. These include stress, pollution, unhealthy lifestyle to name a few. But in spite of all these we can still take some measures to get out skin's glow back. Here I have carefully listed some important and easy ways to get that perfect glow!
Step 1. Take care of your daily facial routine:
Daily facial routine is a must for a healthy skin. There are some basic points which you should keep in mind. These include cleansing your face, applying toner and moisturizing! We all know these steps but how many of us actually bother to follow them. One thing which you must keep in mind is using the same family of product. By this I mean you should use the same brand of cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Follow this daily routine and you will start to see the difference.
Step 2. Use sleeping packs:
Sleeping packs nourish your skin while you are asleep. Choose a good quality sleeping pack and follow these simple steps to get a healthy fresh skin.
Carefully choose foods which are rich in vitamin A namely Carrots, sweet potato and spinach, Vitamin C namely citrus fruits, and Vitamin B namely lean meat, fish and whole grains! Also do not forget to add Omega 3 fatty acid to your diet. Remember we are what we eat.

- I use a mild exfoliator to exfoliate my skin and remove all traces of makeup.
- I prepare a pack of honey and fullers earth and apply it on my face for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes I rub the pack gently and wash it off using cold water. I apply a good moisturizer and my skin feels soft and nourished.
