Well today I am going to share with you certain simple yet important tips which will make your nail color look attractive and help it stay longer! It took me quite a while to figure out these tips and now I am sharing this with all you girls. I hope you find this helpful!
1. The first most important thing is to apply a base coat first. A good base coat evens out your nails and helps your nail paint to stick to your nails for a longer time period. This is surely a trick which works wonders.
2. Another tip is that we all generally apply two coats of nail polish and wait for it to dry. (Which takes long and can be sometimes annoying and let me admit it I sometimes loose my patience! oh GOD.. Apart from waiting there may be bubble issues and You may have to go all over again to set it out). So I have found that instead of two thick coats you can apply four thin coats. This reduces the drying time and ensures a longer lasting nail polish as compared to two thick coats. Give it a try and I hope you will notice the difference!
3. Next, you can also go in for shimmery or shinny nail paints. I mean anything which has sparkles! Not only it looks good, it is also difficult to remove which means it lasts long. Apply your favorite nail polish and then just coat it with some sparkling nail paint and you are good to go!
5. Be patient when the nail polish is still drying. This is one very crucial step and when we are so busy we tend to ignore this step! I mean who has the time to patiently sit there and wait for it to completely dry! Even when you think it has dried you find out that still some more time is required! But ladies, be patient with this step, listen to your music, or watch your favorite drama! Once it is properly dried, put your nails in cold water and apply a hand lotion generously! This will give a very groomed look and your patience(while waiting for the nail polish to dry) will finally pay off!
